Y&B Engineers began its construction journey in 1997 and has been registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for construction-related services since 2006.
Our first landmark was the construction of the National Institute of Health, awarded at a tender value of PKR 13.2 million. The second project followed with Military Engineering Services (MES), and the third with Cantt Board. These early institutional assignments established the working discipline that continues to guide our firm today.
Over time, the portfolio expanded into aviation and healthcare institutions, commercial plazas and malls, and hundreds of private houses of different sizes. Today, Y&B Engineers brings that breadth of experience to every new site, embodying our motto: Ham Ghar Banaty Hain.
